Bug Report Final recording lags

When I record MW2 with OBS I don't get any fps lag. But when I go back to watch the recording it's very laggy. Can anyone help me please.

My pc specs are

Amd athlon 250 dual core
8gb of ddr3 ram
geforce gtx 550ti
250gb sata hdd

Please help me!
