Question / Help Final Fantasy 14 ARR black screen capture

Hey I wanted to stream FF14 ARR but I only get a black screen of it.
Other games work fine.

I activated Intel QuickSync as it really improved my stream / game quality. Could this be the issue? As I tried to deactivate it but the game stayed black.

Any ideas how I can approach this issue?

I'm currently using Borderless Window with aero off and Monitor Capture. Works fine, since it seems like the game considers more about GPU than CPU than most other MMOs. Try it.

Just to weight in, game capture works fine for me in fullscreen mode, but never worked (since like beta 2) in borderless windowed (has always been black screen).

The game is very GPU hungry.

On a side note, have you tried changing scenes and then back to the game capture to see if it comes up? Or try double clicking on your Game Capture and making sure it's set to the FFXIV.exe? Or do you hear the background music at all when streaming and getting the black screen?
