F'in HELP. OBS colours ALWAYS washed out, no my bitrate isn't low

Been fighting for weeks for better saturation/fidelity of my game footage. I am trying everything--faster presets, slower presets, x264, hevc, etc encoders, 40K, 50k bitrates, you name it--my footage is washed out

I have a BRAND NEW i7-13000; a 3090 ti suprimX; and a z690-DDR4 motherboard form ASUS. There's no hardware reason that I can ascertain which does in my color fidelity

I'm recording footage from a computer game which, when playing, has excellent color fidelity, details, etc

Please help!

The encoder shouldn't be a problem, what are your color space settings? For SDR you should use NV12 and color space 709. You have to set it also in the Options under Video. Did this help?
