i cant hear my filters affect before and during my stream, only when i play the recording afte the session is over.

OBS audio monitoring is input monitoring, not output monitoring. If you need output monitoring, try the OBS-NDI plugin and an NDI monitoring application, or run your own NGINX-RTMP server locally and stream to it to do quality control.
