Are Per Scene Filter Settings available in OBS? Would like to do a 4:3 crop in one scene of camera and full video in another scene. Is this possible?

I wrote a post about a workaround for per-scene filter sets, but in your case, it would probably be easier to crop your camera from the Transform dialog instead, since transform settings are specific to individual copies of the source. Press Ctrl+E with the source selected to bring up the dialog, then adjust your scaling and crop from there.
