Filter starts after switching scene??

Hello Guy's,
i have a problem
example:
2 scene's and a picture that fly from left to the right controlled by a shortkey "Q"
filter works in both scene's with the shortkey.
but when i switch from the first to the second scene it starts without touching the shortkey.

it should only work with the shortkey.
how can i fix that?
