Files size and audio problem

Hi, I have two computers with the same obs's settings. I have two problems:
1) In one pc the audio is recorded even if i put it to 0 in windows, in the other pc this not happens and I'd like to fix this.
2) In the pc with a higher resolution, recordings' files are huge, in the other pc not (the computers have the same resolution on obs's settings).

Once again : start records for minimum 30 sec and send again log.
 
You're using CQP where you pick a quality level. To get a smaller file size you either need to increase the CPQ level and/or lower your output resolution.
If you want a predictable file size, use CBR.
