file system error on initial download

I've been asked to download OBS for my class. I keep getting the error message as shown in the screenshot attached: file system error (-10737418919). I can not attach a log as I haven't even downloaded it yet. Am I doing something wrong? Is there an issue with the download?

download it directo to your HDD dont use the dropbox folder !
