Question / Help File Path problems... big time

When I try and enter a file path and then start recording, I get a dialogue box saying... "unable to create file output stream"

Can anyone help me figure out how to properly enter the file path?

Click the Browse button and select the location on your PC where the file should be saved. You can also enter % for the file name to have OBS generates names based on the date and time.

As another thing, when I try and set up for a stream for Youtube, they don't give me a stream key, so I can't stream it. Cn you help with that?

Also, how do I set it up so I have audio from the game, and my commentary?

Youtube will provide a stream key when you set up a live event. OBS is configured the same way as for other streaming services, select Youtube as your provider under Settings > Broadcast Settings and fill out the other information as you normally would.

The audio devices to be recorded can be selected under Settings > Audio. Pick the playback device that outputs audio from your game and the recording device/mic you're using for your commentary.
