While I was recording my computer crashed not allowing OBS to compress the video into a finished MP4 format. I still have the unfinished video on my hard drive.

RAID (61) is the file that didn't finishing compressing. (Not playable)
RAID (58) is a file that I've recorded and compressed after you click stop steaming and OBS compresses the file. (Playable)

Is there anyway to repeat this process to salvage my video? Using OBS or alternative applications.

I don't have a solution for you but to avoid it in the future, use FLV instead.

Has nothing to do with the format itself. Unless by FLV you mean stream which I would rather not do since bandwidth limits the quality at which I can record.

The application was never allowed to finish recording (When you press the "Stop Streaming" button or close the application properly) since my computer crashed.

With MP4 if there's a problem and it can't finish writing the file properly, its unusable. It sounds like that's what happened to you. I'm not aware of anyone coming up with a way to recover the file when that happens.

With FLV its useable even if OBS can't properly close out the file. The downside of FLV is that most people have to convert it to another format (i.e. MP4) before they can use it, and if there's dropped frames it can result in audio/video desync when the conversion is done.
