File broken?

I want to record minecraft on a game capture, the preview looks just fine but it seems that the file is broken, it shows how long is it, but it doesn't play and is just a black screen. Is there a solution to this?

What happens if you open the recording in VLC instead of the built-in player in windows?

What happens if you open the recording in VLC instead of the built-in player in windows?

It works in VLC, i'm pretty new so i don't know what is the best way to save files etc. And i definitely don't know why it works in VLC but no where else
