Hello!what are best settings for recording fifa 14 on 30 fps?
My pc specs:4GB RAM,Processor-AMD ATHLON X2 2,80 GHZ,ati radeon hd 4200 1 gb

Hi,

The GPU and CPU here are pretty weak / old so i'm not sure you are going to get decent results / lag free.

x264 software
Try 720p @30fps
VBR
10k Bitrate.
cpu preset veryfast

upload a log after running this to help show any improvements or to confirm the laptop spec.
