Fifa 23 is lagged when start a soccer

I comment you that when I run the all its perfect, but when I try start a soccer game, this have stutering, please help

its because your pc is not good enough to have a good framerate while recording fifa 23

But I can record and play r6, project zomboid, and much games, fifa 23 is runnig so good in my pc, but in obs is lagged , help please

no it just slows down because fifa 23 is highly graphically advanced and obs puts more strain on your computer which makes it run slow
