Fifa 22 recording problems

So I'm using obs to record to My Xbox with a razor ripshaw hd every other game works fine, but when I load up fifa I can record every offline game but when I record any UT game bar pro clubs or volta it's fine but when i record anything in UT on fifa 22 or fifa 21 I get a glitch like transition cover most of the bottom of the obs screen any help will be appreciated, computer specs are

Ryzen 9 3600XT
3070
32gb ram

So I don't think the gpu will be having a hard time or will it let me know

That's the problem I'm having but when it's happening it can take up the whole screen on obs stream labs etc tried so many different programs to get the same problem
