Question / Help Fifa 14 video struggling

Hi there, please help me) I'm recording fifa 14 for local and when i upload video to youtube, it's struggling, i need smoothness.

As far as I know, Youtube doesn't support 60 FPS yet, and still does a terrible job with transcoding 60 FPS video to 30 FPS. Set OBS to record at 30 FPS instead.
