running ubuntu 16.0.4, with obs-studio 21.0.2 if the source is ffmpeg the video image is in "slow motion", also it presents a delay of almost 30seconds respective to the source. No delay filters applied.
Previously, I was running obs-studio 17.0.2, on same pc, reverting to this version solved my issue.
The ffmpeg library used is the one present in ubuntu repos. 2.8.11-0ubuntu0.16.04.1.
Attach both logs (recent git version 21.0.2-2-gf0f0d2c and 17.0.2) if it helps to solve the issue.
Note: I also tried versions 18.0.2 and 19.0.3 with same behaviour has 21.0.2.
