Ffmpeg VAAPI AV1 pads 2400×1500 video to 2432×1504

My display is 2560×1600 and I set OBS to downscale this to 2400×1500. But for some reason it comes out as 2432×1504? I’m using an AMD RX 7700S. Quality is set to VBR, 40Gb/s, 100Gb/s. Other settings are audio encoded via ffmpeg Opus and container being Matroska. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
