FFmpeg streaming over the second internet

Hello,
I am completely green in these topics and for some time I have been looking for a solution how to stream via ffmpeg using a second internet connection I have connected to my computer.

Anyone know the solution? Do I need to add something to the URL path before the RTMP address?
