Question / Help Feels like fpsdrop but its 200-300 when I check.

Hi!

CPU: Intel i7 4790k
GPU: GTX 760

When I stream it feels like I got fpsdrop but when I check it its good.
Its when I draw my crosshair in CSGO I feel that its not 100% correct.
