Question / Help Feels like fps drop while streaming but the fps is good.

Hello!

I've just got a new processor i7 4790k. And tested streaming csgo yesterday. It feels like low fps while I play, but the stream look good and when I look on net_graph it says around 200-300. What can the problem be?

Maybe microstuddering. disable the threads and high launch options in CS:GO.
