Question / Help fast internet upload/download , pc can't handle it? stream freezes for me and viewers

Hey guys,

I ran into an issue,i have ( i think ) quite good internet connection - http://i.imgur.com/ax80122.jpg

Pc spec's:

Monitor 1680x1050 ( main resolution )
CPU - amd fx 6300 ( not oc'ed )
GPU - gtx 660 twin frozr ( not oce'd )
RAM - 8gb DDR3 , DUAL , NB Frequancy 2006 mhz or DRAM Frequancy 807mhz ( i just copye'd what i saw on program ;_;)
Motherboard - M5A97 LE R2.0 ( asus )
PSU - 650W
CPU Cooler - evo 212

Streaming settings: ( OBS )

First attempt -

Encoding - max bitrate 2200 / buffer size 2200 / quality 8 / use cbr checked / enable cbr padding checked
video - main resolution 1680x1050
resolution downscale : none,left at the same just for the try
filter - blinear
fps25
Advanced - Use multithreaded optimiations - unchecked
Process priority class - above normal
Scene buffering 700
x264 cpu preset - veryfast
encoding profile - main
keyframe interval 2
use cfr - checked

Second attempt -

the settings i used for obs

disabled aero - checked ( streamed in monitor/window capture mode )

use cfr - checked

no matter what i do, the stream quality is pure garbage..... , when i try to set higher bitrate / buffersize the video keeps buffering for me ( maybe it suppose to keep buffering if i watch my own ) what should i change?????? H E L P ! ! ! !

Please post a logfile, that's generally more usefull than a video.

you are running win7 have aero disabled yet you try using window capture... this is not going to work


please use either game capture for every game if possible (aero settings dont matter)

or use monitor capture with aero disabled and run all the games in windowed mode (borderless if possible) which is the worst capture method on win7

or enable aero and use window capture


also downscale by 1.5 and use 30fps


and try changing the ingest server

it wont really help against a buffering issues for your viewers but it gets rid of the "slow server issue" which might help a tiny bit
