Bug Report Fast boot causes ObscLag Nvenc (new)

I wanted to report that having fast boot enabled will induce encoder lag in at least some games, such as Battlefield V, when game is run in DirectX 11 mode. this occurs using the new nvenc encoder, I didn't test others. This is on my 9900k, z390 aorus master, at 720p60 with 6k bitratr, default res of 1440p. 144Hz primary and 60Hz secondary monitor.

No idea why but I've done several tests where all I changed is fast boot and it is repeatable.

This sounds like a system / board issue, not much can be done in OBS. Perhaps the driver is not initializing correctly if you use fast boot.
