Question / Help Farcry 4 issue?

Been trying to figure out a few fps issues with my PC or recent games lately and usually always use a Cap card. Now with OBS I tried to capture Far cry 4 with Game capture normal, or compatibility mode etc I keep getting a dxgi.dll error soon as I activate the scene... Seems its something with DX11 but cant seem to fix it.. Any idea's about this?
