Hi, i've run into some serious Problems when trying to stream the new Fallout 76 with OBS.
This is the current Logfile
Description:
Always when i visit a new area i've not been in during the current session, something happens that makes OBS drop FPS from 30 to 10. Dropped frames due to rendering delay becomes red and counts up. Total load of CPU is at 75%, RAM is at 60% and GPU is at 80%. Encoding is done via Quicksync, scaled to 1280x720@30fps@4000bit/s
Some time after visiting that new area, the frame drops stop. When visiting another known area, it stays stable. when visiting another new area, the frames drop again.
BUT! Here it comes: It's only the OBS frames. The game itself works fine.
In Addition, the Problem occures way more often when using "Fullscreen Window". Switching to "Fullscreen" Mode is necessary to achieve the state described above. No other game does this. I can't imagine why this happens.
Hardware:
Intel Core i7 4790 @ 3.60GHz
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. Z87X-D3H-CF
16,0GB Dual Kanal DDR3 @ 798MHz (9-9-9-24)
4095 MBNVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (ASUStek Computer Inc)
Game runs fully from SSD
