I did not know where to put this, I hope you do not bother if I am wrong in the place.
For some time I have been experiencing problems with the transmission and recording using the EZCAP 284 video capture device and that the program shows as it9910 capture filter (hd) with the new versions of OBS, at first I believed that the capture recorder was being damaged, which Some cable had been damaged or that the pc did not serve the usb ports, but it seemed quite strange to me that the failures that existed in the pc where he used it were not shown on the tv.
I'm talking about failures? The video as such would stop and sometimes I had to restart the computer, disconnect USB, reconnect, close the program, reopen, even to reinstall the driver so that it would recognize, when at last I managed to make it work I had a Very particular problem and that is that the audio had jumps and the video did not look fluid but in jumps. Honestly I was already given up and not wanting to keep trying, the option was to buy a new capturer but it still seemed strange to me because despite being a medium to low quality video capturer, it worked for me and I could not understand those failures.
Yesterday I came up with something that I had not thought about and it was, is it the OBS version? I thought that maybe that could be because it had been updating every time it showed me the option to update. So I downloaded the OBS 25.0.0 RC6 version to test if maybe that worked and magically my capturer that gave it up for dead came back to life and worked perfectly, without video skips, without audio failures, without cuts that would force me to restart. I do not honestly know to what extent the new versions are affecting the capturer, if it is a failure of OBS, if it is something of the brand, I honestly do not know why but when returning to an old version of OBS it began to work without problems.
The reason for this message is not to seek support or help, I will tell you this in help in the development of the OBS application, I can send tests with video, photos and audio if necessary, if someone else has already mentioned it, I apologize, I just wanted to tell my case, and sorry for my english
This image shows interruptions in the audio, jumps where there is a momentary silence and then the video continues, that repeats constantly
