Failled to connect to server, while trying to stream using rtmp in local LAN

I want to stream my video using rtmp, so that I could view it in android using VLC.

But when I am trying to do so, it is throwing an error "Failled to connect to server'.

Steps I did:
In setting, stream tab, changed service to custom
And in server url: rtmp://192.168.1.102/live
and tried to stream it, it is showing error , how to solve this.

My windows and OBS studio are up-to-date, and I reinstalled the OBS studio.

Are you using nginx with the rtmp plugin or a different server
