Question / Help Failing to Load Audio Devices

Hey there, so I've been having an issues more and more with OBS Studio, especially with the newer one with my Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 interface and desktop audio recording.

I use it to hear the desktop audio and also as a mic interface but for some reason doesn't seem like I can do both now.

Here's my recent log when the mic doesn't work but the sound comes out of my black magic intensity card when monitoring

Outside of a complete format of windows 10 I'm not sure what to do.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. Used older drivers and all that.
 
Just so happens I have a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2...

Here's my configuration

In Windows 10 Sound:
1) Focusrite Scarlett USB set as the Default recording and Playback device
2) Both audio devices set to DVD quality 2 channel 48000 rate

In OBS Studio:
1) Audio input capture source set to FocusRite for analog mic on XLR input 1
2) Audio output capture source set to FocusRite for output (i.e. speaker monitors)
3) Audio Sample Rate 48000 and Stereo Channel
4) Mixer settings for monitoring set to 'Monitor and Output' for both audio sources
5) Desktop Audio Device 1 and Desktop Audio Device 2 disabled
6) Mic/Aux Audio Device 1, 2, and 3 disabled

I get no initialization problems in 19.0.3 and after I updated to 21.0.1.
