Question / Help Failed to Start Streaming - Starting the Output Failed

When trying to start streaming as of late, I keep running into this error message, and have been unable to properly stream for the past couple of weeks. I tried looking up fixes on the forums but all of the answers had to deal with NVENC and/or AMD encoders, which sound like some 3rd party program that I certainly do not have installed. Since I have no idea how to read a log, I was wondering if anyone here could help me out with this issue. How do I resolve this error and start streaming again?

Change your encoder to something that isn't nvenc. Your system doesn't have any nvidia video card.
 
Trying to stream via UDP TS. Settings ok but each time I try to stream I get Invalid Path or Connection Url. Please to see if settings are to confirm they are valid. Does anyone have this problem?
