so i am facing this issue that when i want to start recording on OUTPUT being on ADVANCED, it doesnt let me. im on windows 10.

all my drivers are up to date also

For streaming only use 60 fps as max.
Disable HAGS
Display capture must be on it's own separated scene as it interfere with game and window capture.
Run OBS as admin

Make sure you didn't block rtmp protocol on your computer or the router/modem.

But, if you're trying to only record, then click on Start Recording instead of start streaming and set the correct hotkey for recording and not to streaming.
The fixes described first apply too except the fps part.
