Question / Help Failed to start streaming - Output failed

OBS was working fine like 10 minutes ago on NVENC encoding to twitch for live stream, now I get an error "Failed to start streaming". Literally no settings have been changed. GPU drivers and windows drivers are all up to date.

For this error, I'd assume that something is already using NVENC. From the log, I can see that your game DVR is on. I'd recommend disabling the game bar as this can use the NVENC encoder and conflict with OBS (win+s, game bar settings, turn switch off)
