Failed To Start Streaming Notification

I know there are many posts about this, but I'm having trouble figuring out the issue myself. I used to use OBS back then but ran into so many problems, so I switched to Streamlabs. After many years, I wanted to create a multistream on both Twitch and YouTube, but I didn't want to pay Streamlabs the crazy subscription fee again. So I switched to StreamElements and OBS to do so. I have been researching. Updating, watching videos, you name it. Although I have not been able to solve this issue. I've seen some people get an answer on here with help. I was hoping you all would help me too if you can. I will also link the latest log for you to see for yourself too because I am still learning this. Hope to get something going. Thanks!

So I figured it out. I open with admin. Sometimes it may just be the link to the platforms I am trying to stream. So I relinked my twitch and YouTube channel to OBS. After those adjustments, everything ran smoothly. Hope if anyone runs into this and needs help can try this out too.
