Failed to start streaming help

I haven't used OBS to stream in a few months, but never encountered a similar issue.

The popup window says

"Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.

Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date."

I am using NVENC H.264, though I don't think it's an NVENC issue. For starters, my drivers are up to date. Secondly, when I try to Start Recording, I get the same error ONLY when I'm trying to use the stream encoder. If I switch the Recording encoder to instead be NVENC H.264, I don't get the error. So I don't believe this is due to not having an available NVENC session.

That's all the relevant info i can think of. Log attached.

Thanks

Remove all the plugins you installed.
Run the Auto-configuration Wizard and apply the settings it gives. Restart OBS and test.

Do you have any advice for removing plugins? I believed I had uninstalled the only plugin that I had installed well over a year ago

My problem was that I was attempting to feed live monitoring to a device that no longer existed. Resetting all of my audio monitoring settings fixed it. Good luck!

Problem solved, once i changed the server from "default" and picked one the problem went away. i'm now watching my stream on twitch...
