Question / Help ''Failed to start streaming'' error

Greetings,
This morning I decided to be a good cookie and finally update OBS.
After doing so i got the error:
''Failed to start streaming

Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.

Note: if you are using te NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.''

Now I personally use x264 but updated my drivers anyways.
I've been to the chat room where I've been suggested to reinstall my OBS, this didn't help.

I will post everything the person in the chat room asked for and hope you guys can help me.

I am experiencing the same, with the update - 20.1.3 (64-bit, windows). (all NVIDIA drivers updated)

If I change output encoding to x264, streaming can launch.
