I have been streaming for almost a year and never experienced this problem. The error is "starting the output failed. Please check the log for details. Note if you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date." It looks like you are trying to use CoreAudio but it's not installed. See https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/using-coreaudio-aac-encoder-w-o-installing-itunes.134540/
