Question / Help Failed to start recording

I'm new to the software.

see the attached files. the error says when clicking start recording
starting the output failed. ..... check the encoders driver update etc.


so i updated my drives and try to open it again. the problem persists

You can't use NVENC as Encoder.

so how do i fix that. should i changed something on the settings??
