Question / Help Failed to start recording

I'm a newcomer. Not good at IT. What exactly should I do to fix this? I've Windows 10, updated, and I can record everything using other programms, e.g. movavi.
 
As the error message says, you likely need to update your GPU drivers.
Go to nvidia.com or amd.com and get the latest driver package for your video card.
