Question / Help Failed to start recording

I've been using OBS with no problems for quite some time, but when I tried to use it today I got an error message saying:

Failed to start recording
Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.

Note: If you are using NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.

I upgraded my Nvidia graphic drivers and I'm still having the error. I've attached the log, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Do you have Adobe Premiere or a VR game running when you attempt to start streaming?

Yes, I did have Premiere running! D'oh! Thank you!

Out of interest, how do people record their screens for Premiere tutorial videos?

They don't use nvenc or they start their recording/streaming before launching Premiere.
