Failed to Registration failure with AMD HW H.264 (AVC)

Hello / Good evening,

I have a problem with OBS, I wanted to record my gameplay on the game Fortnite.

I configured OBS to, in Output > Recording > Video Encoder settings, I put AMD HW H.264 (AVC).

Once I start recording it gives me the error message:
Output startup failed. Please check the log for more details.

Note: If you're using NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.

My video drivers are up to date.
The version I have of OBS is 29.1.3.
I also have the latest version of the AMD application: Adrenaline Edition.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.

1. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (29.1.3) which is not supported. Please update to version 30.1.2 by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.
2. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (scene 'Scène'). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
3. Be aware that having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Limited".

I've done everything you told me to do, I've got the latest version of OBS, one scene, one capture. I've also set the colour gamut to limited. But I still get the same error message. I've checked my driver updates again and they're all up to date.
