Question / Help Failed to open NVENC

I have a strange Problem at least to me it is...

When I scale down the output in "video" Settings I can record but if I don't it fails. The Log says

Failed to open NVENC codec: Generic error in an external library

Same happens if I change output quality. I have already updated Nvidia Drivers with "make new installation" selected. (I'm translating from german) But didn't help

You probably need to use DDU to clean install your display drivers.
