Failed to open NVENC codec

После обновления драйверов у меня перестала запускаться запись. Видеокарта GTX 650.
 
The NVENC Encoder failed to start due of a variety of possible reasons. Make sure that Windows Game Bar and Windows Game DVR are disabled and that your GPU drivers are up to date.

You can perform a clean driver installation for your GPU by following the instructions at Clean GPU driver installation.

Also OBS doesn't support Windows 7. See https://obsproject.com/download for list of supported operating systems.
 
This just started to happen to me for some reason. It was working fine. Same obs version, same gpu graphics card. Then one day, it just started. Any ideas?

btw, obs sucks. tons of bugs.

Older versions of OBS does support win 7. I have win 7. I should know. So you don't know how to fix this is that right? :)
