'Failed to open NVENC codec: Please check Video Drivers...'

I have an updated NVIDIA driver and it is still throwing this error at me. I am *not* using OBS to stream currently. I mainly use it for capturing content on-screen. Can someone please help me figure out how to get past this error?? I updated my drivers today.

Also, nvidia driver 457.51 is NOT an up to date version.
Do not rely on windows' built in tools for driver updates for video cards.
