"Failed to open NVENC codec: Function not implemented"

I've been getting this error message since yesterday, I have try every possible ways to fix (Updating driver, changing OBS settings, using Nvidia Geforce Experience, running OBS as administrator, etc.). Can anyone help me?

Your nvidia drivers are actually PAINFULLY out of date.
Do NOT rely on device manager for driver updates.
Do NOT rely on programs like driver booster for driver updates.

Use nvidia geforce experience to update the nvidia gpu drivers.
 
Harold wrote right, I had the same problem and as the error screen suggested I updated the driver via geforce esperience and everything was solved
 
There is an easy rule of thumb with the Nvidia drivers: if they have not been updated within the last 3 months, they are outdated and can be updated. Nvidia releases a driver approx. once a month for years.
