OBS Multiplaform error on Windows Server 2008. "Failed to initialize video ..."

Help me!

Server OS probably needs DirectX and lots of other dependencies installing. OBS isn't really meant for server OSes.

There are tons of articles about turning 2008 into a desktop OS you could try this one:

You also probably need DirectX as @R1CH says, there's a blog post about that here:

To be honest I'd try and find another Windows OS to run OBS on I don't expect a huge amount of testing has been done on server OSes.
