Question / Help Failed to initialize video, gpu may not be supported

Hello! I've seen this problem before, and a couple of answers from the community, but all of the answers involved more tech savy stuff than i can do without any help! can anyone maybe guide me through finding the problem?

and OBS Studio uses some functions that only available in PixelShader Model 4.x (DXGI_FORMAT Object.Sample(...) for example) to perform color format conversion, so your video card can't provide minimum level of hardware capabilities to run OBS Studio (your card supports only Shader Model 3.0).

You need to upgrade your video card (to be able to start OBS Studio).
