Make sure OBS has permissions for your Mic:

Try running as administrator;

Is OBS installed in the default location?

Is your microphone configured to allow exclusive access in the Sound control panel, and is any other application trying to use the mic, like a chat program?

I reinstalled OBS to default and ran as admin and still nothing

I ran windows update and it says its all good. I checked the exclusive mode ON and OFF with no success.

Solved,

Went to Settings in Windows 10 - Privacy - Microphone (left menu) - "Allow apps to access your microphone" ON

Not sure if I turned it off or something turned it off like a windows update a while back.

12:38:33.723: WASAPI: Device 'Speakers (3- Razer Megalodon)' initialized
12:38:33.745: WASAPI: Device 'Microphone (3- AT2020USB+)' initialized

All sorted now,
I hope this helps someone in the future

Totally fixed my issue. I, too, don't know if I turned it off or if the Windows update 1903 was the problem.

Started having the same problem this month as well. Can't hear the MOTU inputs anymore.

[WASAPISource::TryInitialize]:[MOTU Analog 1-2 (MOTU Audio Wave for 64 bit)] Failed to initialize audio client: 88890008

Nothing changed in system config (at least nothing I did).
