I am having the same issue, I was able to connect until there was a windows update. Firewall is allowing access to obs and stream keys have been updated and reset. no idea what is going on.

I am still looking for someone to figure out this issue I am going on day two with the same error message-I checked my firewall and anit-virus protection, that is not the issue. How could that be the issue if it wasn't when I first got OBS and I was able to run test streams?

I'm sorry but I do not see any of that in settings. I have no idea what you are talking about. Does everyone just guess on what to do or are this the real fixes?

I am using (32bit) and I do not see that option in advanced settings!!! Again are we just guessing? Should i just go to xsplit?

The bitness of OBS you're using is NOT relevant.
