Question / Help failed to connect to server

Hello, I've tried everything to solve my problem but nothing worked, I cannot connect and stream to any site using obs, I don't have any firewalls or other security programs active.
Mainly i want to stream to twitch, but I've tried other sites and they don't work also.
I have the newest version of obs studio. I tried older versions but they didn't work either.
I've tried with both wireless and with ethernet cable. Also tried running adminstrator mode.
I'm clueless.

What internet security software do you have installed?

windows firewall i guess, using windows 10 which comes with windows defender, I've tried deactivating it and the firewall, didn't solve the issue

Then you likely have a hostile internet provider at this point.

I'm having the same issue. I just got rid of the old OBS and setup OBS Studio. I have tried all US East servers and all fail to connect. I have used TwitchTest and it shows Ashburn, VA is the best to use.

All of them? The bandwidth was 10000+, the RTT was like 39 I think and the quality was 100.

You should really make your own thread, with a log file that show a streaming attempt where the issue occurs, and a screenshot of the Twitch Bandwith Test using a Medium Test Duration for your region with a 64k TCP Window Size.
