Failed to connect to server

so I've been having this issue were every time I go to start my stream i get a error "Failed to connect to server" OBS was working fine just a few days before and this issue has been persistent for the past 3 days. so far I've, Reset my stream key, Allow obs to the firewall, tried every region, and cleared the cache. is anyone could help me out that would be appreciated.

If this is the correct network adapter, then you need to refresh your DNS cache on your network/computer.
