Failed to connect to server

I wanted to make stream to Steam via OBS, but get this error:

"Failed to connect to server. Hostname not found...".

What can be the reason and how I can solute it?

I have analogue problem

IP:
DNS-суффикс подключения . . . . . :
Локальный IPv6-адрес канала . . . : fe80::ec03:80fb:88e:f40f%10
IPv4-адрес. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.102
Маска подсети . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Основной шлюз. . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1

iput your actual ip adress submask and garteway DNS server 1 is the ip of your router 2 the google DNS server



and alex update your windows

У меня другие платформы работают, все кроме Steam.
