So I've been streaming successfully to Vimeo several times on OBS, but when I plugged into Ethernet at the venue, it fails to connect to Vimeo and Youtube as well.
I got the "The connection timed out. Try a different server, or check that the connection is not being blocked by a firewall or other security software"
Right there I switched to my phone's hotspot on the cell network, streaming to Vimeo works fine. I switch to another wifi in the room, from a different provider, works fine. Switch back to the Ethernet (or the wifi from that same modem) - fails.
What am I doing wrong? IT for the venue doesn't know anything about RTMP and doesn't think any outgoing ports are blocked, but I'm also not sure what to tell them to do to fix it.
